Our Veterinary Care Team

Danye L. Archuleta, DVM
Hi there! I'm Dr. Danye. I was raised in Northern Nevada, and I am happy to be living in my home state. Growing up, my favorite activities were riding my horses and competing in rodeos and jackpot events. I still love roping and compete in events when I can. My dream of becoming a veterinarian started as a child, raising animals for 4-H and competing in rodeo. My childhood veterinarian allowed me to help her treat our animals, and ever since, I have had a passion for caring for animals. I have been blessed and privileged to work with many incredible veterinarians and chiropractors over the years, and I strive to practice at the high standards that they taught me.
In 2025, my husband and I were blessed with our first child. This new chapter in our life is exciting and challenging. We are looking forward to starting off with a bang in 2026!

Sierra Mendoza
Veterinary Assistant
Hi! I’m Sierra. I grew up in Quincy, California, and got into horses when I was really young… and yeah, I never grew out of that “horse girl” phase. I stayed pretty busy growing up with 4-H, band, cheerleading, and even got to be our local rodeo queen.
After college, I moved to Reno and started working in veterinary medicine. I’ve been in the field for about seven years now—most of that in small animal—but I’m really happy to be back working with large animals again.
I married my husband in September 2025, and we live in Fallon with our little crew: two horses, a mini, handful of chickens and four dogs. When I’m not working, I’m usually either out competing in cuttings or taking the dogs out on some kind of adventure.
